Challenge
Launch a first-time men’s sexual wellbeing product in the GCC that built trust fast and reduced stigma whilst converting cautious visitors into sign-ups, within strict cultural, privacy and regulatory constraints, limited launch content, and the need for a discreet, mobile-first experience.
Solution
We delivered a trust-first, mobile-led experience centred on Learn, Programmes and Community, with credibility and privacy signposted throughout. A concise hero clarifies value, sticky mobile navigation speeds exploration, and progressive two-step onboarding with browse-before-join boosts conversion. Outcome-led programme cards reduce choice overload. A lightweight 8-point design system, AA contrast and optimised performance ensure accessibility, coherence and future-ready localisation at scale.
Outcomes
30,000 new sign-ups in the first 2 months with a 2.3% visitor-to-join conversion, and 72% of sign-ups on mobile.
Onboarding completion at 68% after the two-step flow, form drop-offs down 22% versus week-one baseline.
Engagement up: +34% median read time on Learn, community previews drove 25% of total sign-ups with 26% repeat-visit rate within 30 days.
